Our authentication team consists of trained horologists with backgrounds in authorized dealer service departments, independent watchmaking, and auction house condition grading. Each inspector holds or has held professional certifications relevant to the brands they cover.
We cover Rolex, Omega, Audemars Piguet, Patek Philippe, IWC, and Cartier — the six houses where authentication expertise is most specialized and counterfeiting is most active.
Every watch passes through the following inspection points before shipment is approved.
Every purchase includes physical and digital documentation of the inspection process.
Signed document from our inspector confirming the watch passed all six checkpoints, including the inspector's name, date, and serial reference.
Detailed photos and written assessment of the watch's current condition. Covers any notable wear, service history, and any deviations from the listing description.
If the watch fails any authentication checkpoint post-delivery, return it within 14 days for a full refund — no questions asked. We stand behind every inspection.
