Delivery Promise

3 days or less, guaranteed

Every order ships within 3 business days of payment confirmation. We use fully insured courier services with signature confirmation on every delivery — no exceptions.

You'll receive tracking updates at every stage: dispatch, in-transit, out for delivery, delivered. We don't believe in black-box shipping.

Late delivery? You don't pay for it.

If your watch arrives after the 3-day window, we credit your account with 10% of the purchase price — applied automatically, no claim required. This is our commitment, not a concession we grant on request.

We track every shipment. If an in-transit delay is anticipated, we'll contact you proactively before the window closes.

Returns

14-day return window

If your watch doesn't match the listing description or fails our authentication standards, return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. No restocking fee. No interrogation.

Return conditions

Unworn condition The watch must not show signs of wear beyond what was documented in the condition report.
Original packaging All original boxes, cards, and documentation must be returned with the watch.
Within 14 days The return window starts from the date of signature-confirmed delivery.
Authentication failure If our inspection finds the watch was misrepresented relative to its listing, the 14-day window extends to 30 days.

US delivery only

ApexTime currently ships to addresses within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time. We are working on expanding our logistics network to support international delivery — contact us to be notified when this becomes available.
